Cyclothermic deck oven
Combustion deck oven with 3 or 4 static chambers, fuelled by gas or gas oil. The heating is ensured by hot hair circulation inside the gaps surrounding the baking chambers. The hot air is split in 4 independent channels, to ensure an even heat distribution throughout the whole chamber and a uniform baking.
